  • Favorite band almost had to cancel the gig [Finland]

    After travelling almost all night and almost 24 hours late The Rasmus made a great performance, but the leading performer, Children of Bodom blew the bank. Returning from their American tour they gave us a spectacle in their only gig in their homeland, which culminated not only the Ankkarock, but also the whole festival-summer.

    Lauri: There is such version that our band name is related to Astrid Lindgren’s book name. Rasmus is a Swedish name. But for us it means nothing. We just wanted to find out a kept in mind word which sounds cool and means nothing concrete.
