They make sure not to be patient with each other
Eero, The Rasmus’ bassist, says that the members from the band miss their families

Federal District- Despite the great friendship they had since they were teenagers, the members from the Finnish band The Rasmus, say that sometimes they get tired from each other, just because they spent so much time together that suddenly makes them miss their families and want to break for a while.
To Eero Heinonen, bassist from the band, likes to hang out and work with his three friends, who consider as his family, but recognizes that is not always easy to be together all the time.
“Sometimes is hard because you see people everyday and you want, suddenly, do other things, visit your family and stop listen the music.
But in general we have a great time together, we travel to many places and that makes the difference and is more fun “, confirm, by telephone interview from Hong Kong, were he’s having a vacation.
The foursome integrated by Lauri, Eero, Aki and Pauli know each other since they were kids. Their first show they set was in front of a 30 people audience, in a Christmas party when they were 14 years old. With the time they started to play in little bars in Helsinki and were acquiring fame.
About the memories he have from his beginnings, Eero tell that many of the bands he listened at the age of 14 or 15 became their big teachers.
“When we started we listened to Metallica, Nirvana, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, can be said that they are an important music influence. Although we consider that what we do is pop with a rock style that we like a lot”, ratify the musician.
About their more recent album, Hide From The Sun, tells that they don’t want to increase the success they obtained with Dead Letters.
“We don’t want to make comparisons between one album and other, just to live every day and make a different experience for us and the audience.”
This weekend will be in three South African cities and will fly to Brazil for two days later to continue with their shows in Argetina, Chile, Colombia and Mexico, and more, and then to came back to Europe with dates in Sweden and Netherlands.
The Rasmus was created 12 years ago and their album history includes 6 albums, where is Dead Letters that have the hit song In the Shadows.
