PORTI: How are you?
Aki: Happy, for coming back to work after holidays. I know we are going to Mexico in april and it thrills me a lot!

PORTI: Before you are going to visit Japan, South Africa and South America. What do you think about traveling a lot?
Aki: It’s amazing, I feel so lucky to meet so many countries and cultures, as also can do music that is my passion.

PORTI: When you arrive to new places, you can walk freely on streets or not?
Aki: It depends, in Finland we go like nothing, because the people knows who we are and its peaceful. In other places its more difficult. But yeah, our fans are respectful and is great to share with them. I enjoy it, they are so special!

PORTI: Have you ever lived some awful experiences with the fans?
Aki: I must confess that it scares me when they wait outside my house.

PORTI: Have you ever met one of your idols?
Aki: Yes! It was curious, because I started to play the drums inspired by Dave Grohl from Nirvana, and recently I could met him in Foo Fighters and he told me he like a lot Rasmus’ music!

PORTI: Tell about the video shooting for Shot, your new single…
Aki: We were supposed to shoot it in Spain, but we changed it because of a storm. We wanted to show an spatial atmosphere, like the surface from an lonely planet. We’ll shoot it in a month!

PORTI: Do you have a message for your Mexican fans?
Aki: The people from this country is so lovely and they treat us really nice, and we can’t wait to be there soon!

Finnish lessons
You are with The Rasmus and have no idea what to say, right? This cannot happen to a PORTI girl. Talk them in their language!
“Hola” is the same of “Hei” and you can say goodbye saying “hyvasti”.
How do you say “gracias” in Finnish? “Kiitos”
“Nos quieres”? Tell us “I love you” or “Mina rakastan sinua”. Dare yourself!
“Amor” is the same of “Love” or “Lempi”. Cool!
If you have a gift for us, give us a “lahja” or a “lahjoitus”-
Guess what means “musiikki”?
For having an autograph, tell us that you want an “allekirjoitus”.
Fan is the same of “Fanaatikko”.

[Sail Away pic] This guys are so cool, so be natural when you see them. Ayyy!
