    The band came up on scene around ten o’clock at night and from their first song they literally cutted our breaths. The dynamic music of “Night After Night”, the sweet lines, the restless and impressive figure of diminutive Lauri was the best guarantee that something magical was about to happen in front of us.     Last October we were in the magic of Finland, “Hide From The Sun” promotion inevitable. After their Parisian concert and for this third part Rasmussien (=Rasmus fans are like that), we immerse ourselves into the live side of the band with Lauri, the singer, et the bassist more unassuming Eero.

    Two hundred days abroad on tours or doing promotion. Writing and recording of The Rasmus’s Hide From The Sun-album. Composing and producing of Kwan’s Little Notes-album, which is going to be released in the end of March. Building of the Dynasty-studioblock. Pauli Rantasalmi didn’t survive through last year without running.

  • Video shoot blown off [Germany]

    Tough luck for Lauri, Aki, Eero and Pauli: They had to give up to a mean sandstorm at the set of their new video…
    Fuerteventura, in February. In the meagre scenery at the foot of the holy hill Tindaya the new video for Shot (coming end of March now) is supposed to be filmed.
    Could be quite nice, whilst people in Finland are freezing we have 20°C here already! But unfortunately exactly today the island with the name consisting of “fuerte” = strong and “ventura” = wind is afflicted by a storm… …read more »
