  • The Rasmus – boys to girls [Czech Republic]

    The breakthrough album Dead Letters has been sold more than one and a half million. They conquer North and Middle Europe, also Britain and Russia. On new album Hide From The Sun you can find some big hits and also interesting, on some places progresive songs with heavy rock riffs ans on the concert Rasmus can entertain also a moody critics. In Roxy NOD club in Prague they were in the middle of november.

    After 2 years of touring the whole world with just having a little break with the live premiere in the land of sushi in January 2005, even the rest of the year (2005) was highly busy for the 4 Finns. Recording and releasing of the album “Hide From The Sun”, promo dates, TV-appearances, and the obligatory “back on the road” of the success cycle cater for a stressful but fulfilled year 2005 without a lot of breathe-taking-moments for Duracell-Lauri. “After touring in Japan we had like one month for rehearsing, completing and rounding the 20 songs we wrote on the road off.” …read more »

  • Interview with Aki and Lauri [Russia]

    At the begining of february worldwide popular finnish band The Rasmus came to Russia. On the eve of the tour musicians (Lauri Ylönen and Aki Hakala) invite corresponders of “7 days” to Helsinki.
    Lauri and Aki ride to us on their minibus. On the street at that moment was about 20 degrees minus, and famous feather that Lauri usually insert in his funny head of hair was invisible – head of vocalist crowned by the little rocker’s hat. …read more »
