  • Interview with The Rasmus [UK]

    Still Standing
In the past couple of months The Rasmus have had their fair share of knocks, both verbal and physical. Big Cheese caught up with the band just days before the Carling festival and their subsequent bottling…
I find The Rasmus in a contented mood, as well as extremely jet lagged from their journey here from the Far East, when I met them in a West London hotel. Which isn’t that much of a surprise, seeing as they recently entered the international consciousness …read more »

Maria Ulfsak talked with the guitarist and the author of many songs from The Rasmus – Pauli Rantasalmi. The band is giving a concert in Tallinn next week. The Rasmus is the most famous Finnish band. Energetic, dashing, quite dark. Next week they’re performing in Tallinn.

  • “Dead Letters” review [UK]

    Rasmus class act
I dread having to listen to rock bands that sound so a like that they might as well share the same official website.
The Rasmus looked the part and it was more due to scarcity of albums than anything else that prompted me to pop this one into the CD player.
Boy, was I wrong about these guys. The albums, despite being straight-forward pop rock, is full of energy and catchy riffs and appealing overall sounds. …read more »
