    Life Burns!, shot the video

    The video for the single “Life Burns!” has been shot not long ago in Tallinn. In the new video Lauri lights all the three cellists on fire. The frontman of The Rasmus has also write the lyrics to the song.

  • Lauri and Ville are conjuring the ghosts for Apocalyptica [Germany]

    Finnish Friendship: Apocalyptica are on for 8 years, but a real hit was made possible recently by their mates: Ville from HIM and Lauri from The Rasmus are singing on the top-ten ballad “Bittersweet” and do also have main parts in the spooky video.

  • Apocalyptica – Bittersweet cooperations [Germany]

    After successful cooperations with artists like Nina Hagen, Sandra Nasic (Guano Apes) or Linda Sunblad (Lambretta) the Finns of Apocalyptica have now had the idea for a very special line-up for their single Bittersweet. No-one less than Ville Valo (HIM) and Lauri Ylönen (The Rasmus) visited their cello-playing country mates in the studio to assist them with their charismatic voices.

    The Rasmus come back a second time in 6 months, with his pop, heavy rock and gothic mix.
    It is a true love story who is writing between the Québec and The Rasmus: in Canada, 88% of the 50 000 copies of the Dead Letters album have been bought in the Belle Province, wich makes of it the most important market in North America. We won’t astonish ourselves of the fact that the Finnish come back in the country for a second time in less than 6 months, adding the old capital in their visits. …read more »

  • Lauri Ylönen makes his choice [Russia]

    On the 15th October, Finnish group The Rasmus gave energetic show on stage of Manegh Kadetskogo Korpysa in Saint-Petersburg. Fans selflessly joined band in singing, intimately supported idols and even fainted. Lauri Ylonen was satisfied with the concert and played two songs an encore.
